However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Our return policy is designed to make returns easy and hassle-free, while ensuring fairness for all customers. - Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible.

Condition Requirements:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, or items with adjustable straps are non-returnable unless defective.
- Eligible Items: Most pants from our collections (e.g., Wide-Leg Jeans, Cargo Pants, Relaxed Fit) are returnable if they meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked as such on the product page).
- Personalized or custom-printed items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
- Step 1: Log in to your PantsVibe account on our Shopify store and navigate to My Orders. Select the item and choose Request Return.
- Step 2: Provide a reason for the return (e.g., doesn't fit, wrong size, defective) and upload photos if applicable.
- Step 3: We'll review your request within 2 business days and email you a prepaid return shipping label (if approved).
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label. Drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (or your local equivalent for international orders).
- Return Address: Returns should be sent to our fulfillment partner (Trendsi). We'll provide the exact address in your return confirmation email.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after shipment), we'll process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Expect 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Amount:
- Full refund for the item price (excluding original shipping fees) if returned within 30 days and in original condition.
- Partial refund for minor wear or if the item is restocked at a discount.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is free for approved returns; otherwise, you'll be responsible for the cost.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different size or color), select this option during your return request. We'll ship the new item once the return is received.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size), contact us immediately at support@pantsvibe.com (mailto:support@pantsvibe.com) or via our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
- We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please include photos of the issue for faster processing.
- For manufacturing defects (e.g., tears, faulty zippers), we partner with our supplier (Trendsi) to ensure quality—defective items are eligible even after 30 days in some cases.
- US Orders: Free return shipping via our prepaid label.
- International Orders (Europe, Australia, etc.): You may need to cover return shipping costs (estimated $10-25 USD). We'll deduct this from your refund if applicable. Customs duties or import fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: None for standard returns, but a 15% fee may apply for items returned due to "change of mind" if they've been worn.
- We use trusted dropshipping partners like Trendsi to ensure fast fulfillment and quality control. However, as a small brand, we're not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL).
